A literary journal featuring poetry and creative non fiction in all forms. We are big on hybrid work, and welcome combinations of prose, memoir, personal essay, critical analysis, poetry, and visual narrative. We have a strong social justice vibe, and often feature opinion essays and critical theory writing addressing a wide variety of inequity and injustice. Our mandate is to showcase and amplify voices not often heard in traditional publishing. While we encourage submissions from anyone, women, POC, the GLBTQ and HIV community, others who may be culturally overlooked, supportive allies, and first time authors are especially encouraged to submit.
